Interview
Applied through the online system and had to take a short questionnaire. Received an invite for a phone interview - pretty basic, 15 minutes. Mostly walked through job history and answered simple questions. I was then invited on site for an in person interview. Interviewer seemed disinterested, walked through a couple standard interview questions. I then went and took the online test.

Interview
A step by step process. 1) Personality Test, 2) Skills Acessment, 3) Phone interview, 4) On campus Interview. I believe the Skills Acessment is critically important to them so just make sure you are calm, relaxed and ready to take it. Phone interview not bad at all. Half the time they ask questions, the rest they tell you about what the position entails.
