The phone interview was very short. The onsite interview is a much different story
Expect to be in Wisconsin for a day or two. My interview lasted the entire day, but some people I spoke had to come back the day after. The all day interview consists of
- At least two one and one interviews
- Giving a presentation to employees
- Tours / product overviews
- A reading / math test (which is mostly brain teasers)
- A programming / logic test
- Group / case studies
It's an extremely long and drawn out process, but seems like a cool place and campus. However, after talking to different people at the company, it seems like the satisfaction with the company depends entirely on the position so be sure to read specific reviews.
