A lot of what I will say has been conveyed by others already. I applied online, Rembrandt personality profile followed online. I participated in a phone interview. After a few days I received an email inviting me to an interview at the Verona campus that would take 3.5 hours. Epic rented a car for me, and put me up at a downtown hotel the night before the interview which included a meal on premises or a restaurant of my choosing. There are short day interviews for those that live close to the campus (within several hours) and long day interviews (for people out of state or a long way away). Probably to save the company money. I had a short day interview. The day consisted of an abbreviated tour of the campus ($300,000,000 on 800 acres), a short demonstration of some software, a 2 minute math test-timed, an English assessment test, another logic test, and a programming test, ( it doesn't matter if you have any programming experience just do it to the best of your ability.) My interview was with a person that was being shadowed and took about 30 minutes. I felt it was the interviewers first conducted interview. The interview as others noted was behavoral, about 10 questions. Don't detour from the question as they really want to stay on task and don't care about your work experience. I'm somewhat dumbfounded that they didn't ask me about my extensive work experience that more than demonstrated my skills, reponsibilities, and abilities for the position. I hear this position has a very high turnover rate. I was hard pressed to see any one on campus that was over 35 years old. Interesting since they have over 5,000 employees, not all of course at this location. The attire was not business casual as others have noted so I'm not sure what you would call the dress code. Probably whatever was laying on the closet floor the night before. About 10 days after the campus visit I received a call from HR saying "unfortunately we have decided to go another direction and not offer you a position. I asked them if they thought my skills would match any other position they needed. They said not at this time. Also, 2-3 weeks of travel a month was common and relocation is required. Good Luck.
