I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied through a school job board. Within 2 weeks I was asked to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic and a casual 30 minute interview with a current PM. Next you had to take a skills assessment test, wich tested speed, accuracy, and comprehension in reading, logic, math, and code. It took around 2 hours and was definitely the deal breaker for me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where do you see yourself in five years? Why Epic? How did you choose your degree? Did you take a gap year? What are the 3 main criteria for accepting a job? When is your ideal start date.

Interview
About two weeks after sending in my application I received an email about scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview went well and a week later I had more emails regarding a personality assessment and skills assessment. I didn't think the assessments were all that hard and did not study for them. That being said I had to be focused in order to comprehend the fake programming language they made you learn and answer questions on. Following the assessments I received another email asking to schedule a on-site interview.
The on-site was pretty intense, but well organized and enjoyable if you are prepared. To start there was a brief presentation to how Epic works/the user interface. After this the different positions being applied to were split into groups to receive an intro into your job specifically. Immediately following this introduction I had an interview with a current Project Manager followed by a short case study that was somewhat challenging. At this point I had to give a short 10 minute presentation to 3 Epic employees that I had prepared before the interview. One of the 3 employees present at my presentation was the HR individual overseeing my interview process. Once the presentation was complete I had another formal interview with this individual.
Finally after lunch I received a tour of the campus that concluded my on-site.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2014
Interview
Full day of interviews with multiple people. Short case study on the computer. Short presentation to small group. The night before some employees took the interviewees out to dinner so that was a good time. The campus is big and expensive and fancy.
