I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied online and was quickly contacted to go through a phone interview process, as well as significant online testing. From there I was invited to fly out to Madison for an in person interview. A few days later they reached out to offer me the job. All of this took place over a few week period.

Question 1
They gave us a case study to work through to see how we would problem solve within our roles. I felt as thought the majority of it was getting a sense of my personality, as they had already established the majority of my aptitude through the testing. Turned down the job because I didn't love the feel of the company culture when I was there.
1) 15 minute phone interview
2) Initial assessments -- SAT-like reading comprehension, simple calculations, logic test, IQ-like test, test to understand programming language
3) was offered on-site interview. Will update later with details.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via email who had my contact info through a job fair at my university. After an initial phone screen and (if I remember correctly) skills test, they invited me for an on-site interview. On-site, it was a ton of fun - they flew me out, got me a night in a nice hotel, and I spent all day on-site learning about the company overall, the position, and getting a glimpse of the massive campus. There is a one-on-one interview, as well as a role play situation, and a presentation on any topic to a panel of people. It's a fairly long day, so get some sleep before, but it's a ton of fun and everyone is extremely kind!
