Interview
Got an email saying they are interesting in me as a candidate for Project Manager Role. Next step was to schedule a phone interview and Assessment Test online. The assessment test is similar to taking the GRE or SAT so it doesn't hurt to prepare.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2019
Interview
First, I filled out an online application then was invited to do a phone screen and a skills assessment. Most people have said the skills assessment is the largest weed out of applicants. After those two steps I was invited to an onsite interview. At the onsite interview I was expected to give a presentation, participate in a group case study, and sit through an overview of the position with someone currently in that role. They also have you do a tour and watch a presentation, eat lunch with another Epic employee.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2019
Interview
I recently had my 20-30 minute phone interview with Epic. They started off with some general background questions like, "what got me interested in the role?" and "I see you study X, can you tell me more about that?". After those questions, my interviewer asked me some logistical questions concerning how much I could travel, whether I would be willing to relocate. The interviewer will be someone that is in the same position as you, giving you the rundown on what the job is like. After she tells you about the details of the position, she discussed benefits. She ended the interview by asking if I had any questions.
