I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
Everyone here has covered the specifics. The only thing to watch out for is if you are a woman. I interviewed at a time when many others were interviewing as well, at least 30-40 people, and I saw maybe two other women. Besides them it was almost exclusively white frat guys from the East coast. Kind of an uncomfortable situation to be in.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process was composed of, first, a phone interview (after resume submission). The phone call consisted of standard interview questions and a slight company overview. After the phone interview was reviewed there was a notice to complete an online assessment (4 parts) and personality quiz. After your assessments are reviewed you're asked to come in for an on-sight tour, in-depth company overview, role overview, case study, presentation, and final HR interview. Epic books your flight, hotel and either pays for or reimburses for travel expenses and meals.
