Epic Project Manager interview questions

The interview process at Epic was organized but ultimately disappointing. Despite having advanced certifications and years of relevant experience, I learned they offer the same $70K salary to every project manager—regardless of background. No room for negotiation, no consideration for expertise or added value. It feels less like a competitive opportunity and more like a take-it-or-leave-it deal. If you’re early in your career, it might be a stepping stone. But if you bring experience to the table, be prepared to feel undervalued.
