The interview process was quick and seamless
1) Resume review
2) Aptitude tests; coding, personality, and sever intelligence tests
3) Phone screen
4) On-site interview with multiple parts; Software demonstration, several 1-on-1s, a group interview, a presenation, a tour, a dinner, a lunch

Interview
The hiring process was 3 fold. First, Epic conducted initial screenings on campus. For candidates that passed this screening, an on-campus exam was administered. Following that, Epic brought candidates up to Madison for in person interviews and sample presentations.

The most challenging part of the interview is the presentation. You have to be really well prepared, and you have to be ready for challenging questions and feedback.

The interview process is seamless the entire way through. Very structured, no unexpected surprises, and you always know what's coming next. If you are fortunate enough to get invited to an on-site interview make sure you opt into going out to dinner with a current Epic employee as you'll get a chance to ask any question that you might have and learn more about the company.
