Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a client is about to Go Live with the product and tells you there is another hospital that the software is not created or tested and hospital personnel are not trained?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Boston, MA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Initial interview process was fairly basic. Wanted to know why you applied and other things of that nature like why you chose this field etc. Etc and other things of that nature. It was an initial screening phone call so it lasted only about 30 minutes and wasn't too detailed. So after the phone screening then there was a technical assessment that you had to schedule for. It was pretty lengthy and gave me flashbacks to SATs.

Question 1
Why Epic? Why do you want to go into this field? Why did you choose your school? Tell me a little about yourself? Etc and other things of that nature. It was an initial screening phone call so it lasted only about 30 minutes and wasn't too detailed.
Phone Interview, Skills Test online. Submitted resume online and heard back 3 hours later. Full timeline was about 2 weeks, did not get invited for in-person interview. Epic was respectful and professional during the entire process.
