Epic Project Manager interview questions

30 minute phone screen including questions on why I chose my major, different elements of my resume, as well as my "life goals" and my "dream job." Got an e-mail 2 weeks later inviting me to come on-site for an all day interview. The on-site interview consists of a building tour, a software demo, then a bunch of interviews. one is a case study you do with another person, then you do a 2 hour assessment exam, you have other HR interviews. It's ultimately not that difficult.

The interview process at Epic is very thorough and planned. It is pretty clear that Epic holds potential employees in high regard. The three-step process involved a phone interview, an off-site test (logic/math), and an on-site interview. All logistics were handled by Epic, and the process was very professional and well-organized. The campus itself is incredibly beautiful, the atmosphere was very friendly, and everyone throughout the interview process (and you meet a lot of people) were very helpful.
