Epic Project Manager interview questions

EPIC is a great company to work for, but it's not for everyone.....If you're currently an undergrad and want to have a fun, fast start to your career (and don't mind living in Madison, WI) I'd highly recommend this company. The interview process won't seem strange at all if you're very inexperienced, as it will most likely be one of your first interview experiences.

I received an invite to interview about 4 days after I applied online. The interview was before a panel of three managers, two of whom were more than a half hour late because they took a long lunch and had forgotten about the scheduled meeting entirely. One of these managers seemed exceptionally angry about having to be there and did her best to cut me off as quickly as possible during my answers. I don't know what exactly they were looking for, but throughout the entire interview I had no doubt that I was not it. I found myself wondering why they had asked me to an interview in the first place, since they were so absurdly negative about every detail of my application. At best, I would describe the interview process as hostile. Several of the questions were not relevant (i.e., "What do you do in your free-time?" or "What's your family situation?") and felt invasive. I left after about fifteen minutes of this, and told them I no longer wished to be considered.
