The interview process was long. There were multiple steps. After I applied, I got invited to an info session / webinar where I got an overview of the company and the role. Then, I was asked to take some tests. There was a personality test, an IQ-type test, a math test, and a coding test. This took roughly 4 hours. After this stage, I was given a final interview, which comprised of 2 more hours of info sessions, followed by a case study that I had to solve in a group. I then had to prepare a 10 minute presentation that I gave to a panel of judges. At the end of this, there was a 30 minute interview. The whole thing took roughly 3.5 hours. I actually really appreciate the holistic approach that Epic is taking to get to know their candidates, but I would say don't apply unless you REALLY see this as something that you want to do.
