The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2010
Interview
Interview wasn't too difficult, mostly questions about my experiences and why I was interested in the position. Asked my ACT/SAT score and whether I wanted to go to grad school. I think they wanted me to say no. I could relate well with the interviewer so it was very casual and not stressful. Made me even more interested! I have my skills assessment on-site coming up next.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2010
Interview
Was approached through school Career center where I had posted my resume. After the phone interview, I was flown out to Madison for on-site interview. Full day of getting to know the company and interviewing with a variety of people. A lot of questions based on your personality rather than past job experience. I felt like they had already decided that I was competent and was deciding if I would fit in.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2009
Interview
I received a phone call two days after I applied online to set up a phone interview. After setting up the phone interview, the interviewer emailed me a personality test that I needed to complete before the phone interview. The phone interview was very basic and asked questions regarding my resume and where I see myself in 5 years and then in 10 years.
