Very very lengthy interview process, you are in for a long one, however their lack of a need for prior experience makes up for that. I initially applied for technical solutions and got a personality assessment that was unneccesarily long. about 40 minutes to complete. Then a 4 part assessment with math and programming questions, about 4 hours to complete. Then they asked me for a final interview that would take 3-4 hours. The final round interview consisted of 2 overviews for PM and QM, a case study with a group which was fun, and a presentation, then final interview and you'll most likely find the questions they ask in this forum. They try to cover for the lack nobodies willingness to go to the middle of nowhere in some uneasy disney land looking campus by putting job descriptions in random cities (I applied to work in Austin, a habitable city) and with this sabbatical program which is decent at best. I was told pay was a little over 70k, pretty comical considering I have to move to madison, wisconsin lmao. It's actually sad the amount of time I wasted in this whole thing with overviews, preparation, and the assessments, on top of sending references and transcript BEFORE getting the job, maybe its just me but decide if Im actually getting the role before I go through the trouble. My advice: don't go through the trouble, there's way better places to live and make more money. If you do end up accepting an offer, bring a blanket ;)
