Pretty easy application, the typical information phone call interview was replaced by a Zoom webinar, which was nice. The real turn came when it was time for the first interview when they wanted you to set aside at least 3.5 hours, in which you need to prepare a 10-minute presentation ( on anything of your choosing). This isn't inherently bad, but for an entry-level position, that seems like a lot for a first interview, especially because they only do the interviews during "regular work hours" meaning if you have a job, you would have to take a half-day or day off to just interview, and not even be guaranteed a job.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
30 min phone screen and a behavioral and technical assessment to follow. Interview was easy and straightforward, the assessments were long and tiresome which was brutal. Not sure how the assessment relates but oh well.
