Epic Project Manager interview questions

The first phase involved taking a mathematics and logic assessment. The second phase was a three hour long process, beginning with a role introduction and software demonstration. We then had the opportunity to meet with team members in the roles that we were interviewing for. Then, there was a case study that was performed collaboratively with another candidate. After that, there were additional opportunities to meet with team members, an oral presentation on any topic (we had been notified prior to the interview that we would need to have this ready), and lastly, a behavioral with an HR manager.

To start off you go to a group video call to learn more about the company and the position. Then you do an assessment and from that they decide if you go to the final interview.
