Very typical interview for a project manager position. Phone conversation seemed to go well and the work culture seems fun. Going over the about page of their webpage really helped during the interview. Just remember to be confident in your answers.

The interview process involves the phone interview, an online assessment, the final interview at Madison, WI. The phone interview was about 15-30 minutes and the hiring manager Tabitha was the nicest. The assessment was a bit challenging and some parts were timed.

Interview
Phone screen and then flew out for an all-day onsite visit. They used a personality test to fit you to a role. This approach is known to be bad practice because personality tests measure preferences, not capabilities. At the end of a day full of interviews, a technical coding test was taken on the computer. I am not a coder, so this did not seem appropriate. The campus was cool, but I feel I was interviewing for the wrong job. I initially applied for the Technical Services / Problem Solver position, but they switched me to a Project Manager position for the interview.
