Round 1: phone interview (going over your resume) & online test (logic puzzles, programming questions)
Round 2: 3-4 hour long zoom meeting going over Epic's products and a whiteboard exercise with a developer who works there
The assessment, phone screen, then the final interview. Everything was super well organized and they get back to you fairly quickly. Every interviewer was friendly and willing to listen which I really appreciate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The assessment asks about a "made up" programming language.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2018
Interview
There were a couple phone screenings with an HR rep and a software engineer, then a remote interview during which I took a test while being observed by a proctor. Later I came onsite for a day of interviews that included a technical case study and several behavioral interviews.
