Epic Software Developer interview questions

I first had a short (30 minute) phone call with a software developer who works in a position similar to that of which they are considering me for. The interview was very informal; I was asked questions about why I am interested in the position, the details of one of my favorite projects, and then I had the chance to ask them questions that I had about the position.
