first, The phone interview, at the same time, they ask you to do the skill assessment, it is about 3 hours. some easy math questions, some logic questions, and some real programming problems.
Straightforward. Long proctored exam wasn’t fun but also wasn’t too hard. On-site was not technical, at all. There was a standardized math test on site after a long day of interviewing, not sure what the point of it was. Got a different job than what I interviewed for.
I got a job interview from a recruiter. After applying through ripple match. I heard back pretty quickly. Scheduled a skill assessment and phone interview. The process of getting those scheduled was pretty fast
