I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Aug 2019
Interview
Applied online and was contacted the next business day to schedule a phone interview, personality quiz, and skills assessment. The phone interview had a current developer contact me and ask me about a project I've worked on; no technical questions were asked. The skills assessment was online and proctored through Examity and had three sections: a section where you learn a made-up language and answer questions on it, a 2-minute speed test, and four programming questions. None of the sections were terribly difficult, but the learning aptitude section was sometimes vague. I was not brought to the next stage of the interview process.
