I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2015
Interview
I submitted resume online and received a phone interview 2 weeks later. In the phone interview, I was asked how to design an automatic robot in hospital. Just some high level ideas. After phone interview, I did an online assessment which includes coding, IQ, math questions. It seems fair to me. One week later, I was invited to an onsite interview starting with a product introduction from an employee. Then, I gave a presentation to an interviewer on one of my previous projects. Following the presentation, a case study is given about designing a GUI for medical dose recommendation. The final part is some behavior question from HR.

Interview
Got an email to set up a phone interview a day after I applied online. Phone interview was with a software developer. Interview was very basic and straight forward, questions were why epic, why computer science, and where do you see yourself in 5 years. Then he talks about epic, and then you get a chance to ask some questions.
A day after the phone interview, I got a chance to schedule an online assessment, got about a week to schedule. Test isn't hard but takes pretty long, took me about 2.5 hours. Some tricky questions in logic and language section, and programming section depends on the questions you get but overall not too bad.
Sill waiting on the results from online assessment.

Then a brief introduction of the company and you can ask them questions about this position. The OA part is more difficult and it may take 3-5 hours to complete.
