I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2014
Interview
1. Telephonic Interview - Most of them who apply to EPIC Systems Corp would definitely get a telephonic call from EPIC. Their interview is of moderate difficulty. One needs to be good with what they put in their resume because you will definitely be asked about details of all projects, what difficulties you faced during your project, what technologies were used and a complex question like "what is the most difficult situation that you ever faced during your work in the past, what kind of difficulties are those and how did you manage to complete the work successfully?"
2. Online Assessment - This round consisted of four parts
Logical Reasoning - manageable,
Verbal - of course yes
Programming - 4 questions can be expected ( I could write 3 and one pseudo code)
and
Math - doable
3. Personal Interview - Got an e-mail stating they need experienced folks and I'm an entry-level developer.

Question 1
During telephonic interview, I was asked a question like when two friends wearing Google Glass, come coincidentally to one road/mall/movie theater, glass should show up on surface that they both are in close vicinity. Tough part here is that they don't have data connection.
First, there is a phone interview, mainly about basic information and resume. At last, there is a database design question. I think I have given a good solution. Then, proceed to online assessment, that maybe where I failed. In the programming section, I found some little bugs in my code after the test.

Question 1
How to design a database with millions of patients information and their diseases?
Easy to get a phone interview and the online skills assessment. The skills assessment is pretty brutal. It's about 3-4 hours of logic, math, and programming that really stresses your mental endurance.
