Epic Software Developer interview questions

There was at first a HR call. After that, a online assessment and a team member interview can be scheduled at the same time. The team member interview was a very casual talk, talking about the technologies they use, their work environment. The assessment was very difficult, time is tight.

3 rounds: 1. 15 minute phone screen with a developer, check basic information, and then ask basic interview questions (explain a project you are proud of, explain a time you had to compromise with a teammate, etc.) 2. Asynchronous assesment testing math, logic, and coding skills. On the easier side compared to other assesments. 3. 3 hour final round, most of which are informational sessions about epic's campus, culture, and products. Then an technical inteview with a developer (30 min) and a behavioral interview with your recruiter (30 min).
