Initial phone call with senior developer, asked about past experiences, projects, things you would do differently, and why you want to work in healthcare industry. Then given a take home code interview through hacker rank.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2024
Interview
Got a technical assessment which was relatively easy. Also had to fill out Rembrandt profile, submitted information regarding prior programming experience and standardized test scores, and attended software developer role introduction meetings.
Extremely over the top interview process. You'd think you're applying to a senior dev role at Meta or something. Multiple rounds, VERY LONG rounds and a presentation. By time you get through most of it, you're thinking, "do I really want to work here?"
