The first step in the interview process was a personality test followed by a phone interview and a proctored skills assessment. The personality test was simple enough to complete, although it was rather long.

A huge waste of time. The Online assessment was four parts. The coding part didn't have an IDE to even run your code, It is basically a text editor. Test was long. And then on top of that they make you do a personality test as well. All to reject you in the end. So a waste of time.
