Epic Software Developer interview questions

I had the initial recruiter screen recently. My application was directly to the opening. They scheduled it within a day. I would advise candidates to not assume the recruiter to be lacking in technical knowledge. I tried explaining my projects at a high level until I found out that he had been a recruiter for 15 years. It was a little bit embarrassing on my part.

Started with a three hour OA, which tested math, reasoning, and programming. You also attend a zoom-based Role Introduction at this stage, which is a presentation by HR about the role. After the OA results, there is a final interview, which I thought was pretty laidback. I had a case study and a leetcode exercise.
