Interview
The first stage was a simple 30 minute phone interview with one of the developers at the WI office. He had general questions regarding the material in my resume and a few standard HR questions. The next step was a technical coding assessment online that happened a week later. Had the usual questions regarding algorithms, data structures. Expect to write code that you cannot compile.

Interview
The first process is the phone interview, the questions are all quite simple, and introduce one of your projects listed on your resume, maybe there will have some technical questions, maybe not.
Then is the Online Assessment, the OA will focus on critical thinking, math, and programming skills.
After the OA, is the onsite, this is the last step.
There are several patients with some boolean type attributes. how to present them in a data structure or in a table?
follow up: there are nearly 1000 attributes, most of every patient's attributes value are false, only 4 to 5 are true, how to reduce the table space?

Interview
Drop my resume on university job fair. Get contacted in about two weeks by email, notifying that there is a coming phone interview and an online assessment for me. Phone interview got good response, while after finishing OA for 2 weeks, they emailed me that they would like to continue with other applicants.
