If you pass that screen, you will be invited to Madison for an on-site interview. Before leaving for that interview, you will have to take a personality test online. The on-site interviewing is a lengthy process where you have to take multiple written tests in Math and programming. You also will have an individual interview with a software developer to discuss a major project that you have completed.
