I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
Step one is online skills tests which tests multiple technical skills and is the more difficult part
Step two is onsite interview in multiple steps that feels more about personality less about technical skills
Besides a tour, they had 3 interviewing sections. First, where they asked about your projects. Second, they pitch a vague software design question to see how you tackle it. Lastly, a behavioral/company fit sort of interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Miami, FL) in Apr 2021
Interview
First I needed to schedule a phone interview, and once the phone interview is scheduled, I needed to schedule for a skill assessment.
The phone interview lasted around 30 mins, the guy is called Jared and he is super nice. First he asked me about myself, and then asked why I want to work in Epic. After that, he spent around 10 mins talking about Epic which is.. Interesting.
The skill assessment test is disgustingly long and I suggest you to not drink much water since you can't use the bathroom during sessions.
