I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2021
Interview
One phone screen, which was basically an interview and an assessment.
The phone screen was mostly behavioral with some project related questions. The assessment had 3 sections: quick math questions for 10 minutes, an assessment on a made up language and a programming assessment w a known language.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Approximately 20 minute Phone interview, followed by agonizing 3 hour proctored online tech assessment.
I'm used to completing online assessments, but this is a first for having a live proctor watching, felt more like an exam than an interview test.

Interview
3 Phases: Phone interview, proctored coding test (multiple choice), and 4-hour virtual interview. I heard the last step is usually on their campus. Bummer for me. They treated me very well, allowing me to reschedule each step of the way to suit my schedule as it changed.
