I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process had 2 steps. The first one was a Rembrandt profile which asked a set of behavioral and math questions. The second one was a programming and math question. The overall experience was fairly poor since my proctor was unresponsive (they missed the first scheduled interview). During the programming section, there is no way to test the code or run it. I was also not told if the code was going to be run later on. The questions themselves were LC-mediums.

Interview
Very chill. Questions were simple and learned a lot about the company. Didn't ask too many skills based questions. Was very easy to schedule interview and they completed the process in a timely manner.

Question 1
How did you hear about Epic and why did you apply?

Interview
First round is split in two parts. 1) Brief phone screen - simple behavior questions / describe a project 2) A 4hr proctored exam. Very strict: Must have video on at all times, can't open other tabs. The exam consists of three sections. The first is personality test. The second is learning a new programming language from scratch. The third is easy/med leetcode questions. Note that there are no testcases and you can't use other IDEs so you need to manually test your own code.
(Usually the phone screen comes before the exam, but now it's simultaneous to shorten the process perhaps due to Covid)
Then, it's the final round interview. It starts with a 75min detailed introduction to Epic's software products. This part is chill and designed for interviewees to learn about the company. Then there is a 30min 1on1 with a software developer. This is specifically for you to ask questions, so prepare LOTS of good questions to ask. I ran out of questions to ask and it got a bit awkward. Next is a 45min product design interview. This is the most important part of the interview day. Then the last interview is a behavior interview with the recruiter. To summarize, the interview day is overall relaxed, all the interviewers are really nice, and the only small issue is that there is no break between interviews.
I received an offer only 5 days after the final interview. The entire process took just over a month.
