I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied through a college fair. I then spoke on the phone with an Epic engineer. I then took an online technical assessment which lasted about 3.5hrs. From there I got invited to the onsite where I went through 3 interviews: one behavioral, one technical, and one design.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me the coin change problem in the technical interview. For the design interview I just spoke about my project.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
Didn't get very far but, it started with an email to me through my school job search site. Afterwards a phone interview and a later a technical assessment. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, but you can tell they go through a lot of applicants and have very practiced or rewritten responses. The technical assessment isn't all that hard and it took 10 days after the assessment for them to tell me they were moving forward with other applicants.

Question 1
The best advice I can give is to look at every posted interview here and actually code the answers. Then do it again. All the posts here were very helpful to get started.

Interview
Got contacted by email for me to apply, and promised for an interview.
To no surprise, I was contacted about a day later to schedule a phone interview and take skill assessment test. Phone interview was pretty straight forward, mostly asking questions about your resume. For skill assessment, it was a long test as you had a section where you had to learn a new type of programming language while others were classic leet-code style programming questions except that you don't get to test out your code. I thought I did decently for all, but they told me that they have moved on with other candidates about a week after I completed all process.
