Interview
They found my resume online (Dice, Monster, etc) and encouraged me to apply. I was contacted in 2 - 3 days after submitting my resume to set up a phone interview. The request was VERY specific that I should be available at a specific date, time and phone number.
They never called. I emailed to let them know that the interview had not happened. They tried to set up a second interview and I ignored them. If our roles had been reversed there is no way they would have allowed me to set up a second interview, why should I?
I talked with a technical person about my background. He went over my resume and asked me to introduce one of my projects. Then I took the online test, which includes four parts. The programming section has four problems. All of them have been mentioned in the previous posts. I finished the test in about two and half hours. I got rejection in two weeks.
