Clear communication from HR, phone interview then assessments (personality, reasoning, coding) then a final interview including an intro to Epic, technical assessment, then logistical questions for starting. Overall a very smooth and straight forward process
Online HR screener quiz testing personality. Followed by 30min interview with a Developer. Then had to do an online, proctored skills assessment broken into 4 sections. One was a 2 minute math seeing how many you could do in 10 minutes. The second was testing logic/math. The third was 4 leetcode like programming question that you could do in any language. The last was learning a made up programming language and answering questions about it.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Epic in Jul 2024
Interview
Overall was pretty relaxed, includes a phone behavioral interview, an online personality test, a skills assessment (Similar to SAT questions) and a technical interview. Behavioral interview went well, the online personality test is a bit strange, and I felt like I had to make decisions that did not describe who I was but nevertheless it was a smooth process.
