I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2017
Interview
I first filled out the application. Then I was invited for a phone interview, which seemed to go well. A few days later I was invited to take an online skills assessment. After the skills assessment was an in person interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Tempe, AZ) in Sep 2015
Interview
I have only gone through the phone interview and waiting on the skills assessment portion. The phone interview is pretty straight forward and they are just trying to figure out who you are as a person.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Winnipeg, MB) in Mar 2013
Interview
Application was done online. Within 3 days I was contacted by an Administrative Assistant to schedule an interview. This initial phone call included screening questions and a salary expectation question. The first interview was with the HR manager and my immediate manager. Mostly standard questions were asked. The interviewer maintained a relaxed personality and I was able to open up a bit of humor in the conversation. I was asked which of the 5 core values I would bring most to the table. My direct report asked questions about my certifications, and what plans I had with them in the future.
