I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Pretty standard interview. HR phone call to discuss CV and questions I had about the company. Then I took an online skills assessment which consisted of 4 coding questions and learning their own language and answering questions about it. Lastly was an in-person interview, which was a case study and more one on one interviews.

Interview
There was a phone interview, mainly with problems like "What do you see yourself doing in 5 years" and "What is the most important factor for you to decide to take a job or not". The second stage was an paid on-site interview where they give you tests and case studies.

Question 1
3 good things & 3 bad things that your profession reference will say about you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2016
Interview
First had a phone interview with a current employee working in the role that I was interviewing for. The interviewer was extremely friendly and helpful with every question I had. The next step was the technical skills assessment with was rough. It took roughly 3-3.5 hours to complete. I would have been better off just quiting after the programming part because it was extremely difficult (I have zero programming background) and I realized I probably wasn't going to pass after about the 5th question. Difficult interview if you have no coding background, probably fairly easy if you have experience.
