Interview
Was contacted by recruiter and told to apply online. Then I took a skills test and a personality test. Phone interview a few days later and contacted later that day to schedule an on-site interview that is coming up.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Sep 2018
Interview
Like what most people mentioned, there is going to be a proctored remote assessment which involves a few SAT-type questions and a section with a fake programming language. I did not do well on this part and I guess that's why I got rejected. There's really no way to prepare for this so just make sure you eat before because it is going to take quite some time.

Interview
After meeting Epic recruiters on my campus, I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview, sign up for a skills assessment test and take a personality test called the Rembrandt Profile. The assessment test was challenging but not terrible. I am a math major and most of it was standard logic and basic reading comprehension/algebra. The phone interview was only 30 minutes and it was basically just a walkthrough of my resume and a conversation about the company. They said they will get back to me in 2-3 weeks letting me know if I will be flown to Madison for an in person interview.
