I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2020
Interview
Pretty smooth interview day with a few one on one chats with current employees and an HR rep. Had to do a "case" on delegation that was fairly basic. Definitely an exciting day to visit campus.
1st round is Phone Screening, 2nd round is a series of Tests involving critical thinking skills (beneficial to have a background in math-related subjects), 3rd round is a Case Study and a HR interview
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2018
Interview
It was a pretty standard interview process. I had a phone interview then online assessment then onsite interview. The process went fairly quickly and Epic kept me updated with my status throughout the process.

Question 1
There was a case review in which I was asked how I would handle certain scenarios - ex. customer has emailed you about an issue that they find annoying and then you get a phone call about a critical issue - how do you respond and help both customers?
