I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview process moved alone faily quickly for me. I interviewed online, and within 2-3 days got an email asking me to take a Personality test. The test itself was exactly what it sounds like, asking questions about your personality. There were some random math questions thrown in there, but they were simple fractions.
A few days after the personality test I got another email saying they liked what they saw and wished to set up a phone interview. The phone call was handled by someone actually working in Tech. Services, which I liked. He was very nice and the entire interview lasted approx. 50 mins because we talked about a lot of topics. Mostly it was more explaination of what the job was and what my interests were. He said I would hear back within 2 weeks one way or the other.
8 days later I got the last email saying that I wasn't being considered any longer for the positions and they would contact me again if a different position opened which I could possibly fit.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2011
Interview
Applied at a college career fair. Received a phone interview which involved a lot of job description talk. Took a skills test at my college career center. Epic flew me to Madison for an onsite interview. Onsite I was given a variety of IQ tests and skills tests.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2012
Interview
First step was a basic online personality/intelligence test. A week or so later, I had a "phone interview" which was really more of an informational, Q&A type chat. I then had to take some basic math, logic, and programming assessments. I had to do this at a local test proctor site. The last step was an on-site visit. It consisted of a software demo, tour of the Epic campus, more math and verbal assessments, and 1 on 1 interviews with a Tech Services employee and with an HR representative. They got back to me with an offer just 3 business days after my on-campus visit.
