The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Apr 2011
Interview
Thus far I have gone through several interview processes.
After the initial submission of my cover letter and resume, I was prompted to take a personality profile. The profile lasted about 30 minutes and asked me to pick a set of statements that most likely described me. There were a few math questions tossed in so have a scratch piece of paper/calculator ready.
After a weeks time I was contacted again to schedule a phone interview. The woman that I spoke with was extremely nice and the experience seemed as if it were a conversation with a friend rather than a process for a employment. The phone "interview" lasted about 30 minutes.
Again, about a week later I was contacted to take a skills assessment test. The HR representative made arrangements for the test to be taken at a local test proctor. I have yet to take this test.

Interview
I had a phone interview and was invited to Epic campus in madison. It was very large and interesting company although I wasn't offered.... :( The interview was consisted of behavioral interview and case interview and I needed to take some assessment tests which were verbal, math, and some kind of engineering test. They were pretty tough. Everyone has his/her individual office which is very awesome.

Interview
Received an email via monster.com asking me to consider applying to Epic. So I applied using their online application system. I received an email back within the week asking me to conduct an online personality test. 2 weeks later I was asked to conduct a phone interview. The interview was very casual and the interviewer was nice. It was a 30 minute interview, half regarding my background and career goals, half answering any questions and concerns I have. Then they emailed me with an offer to go for an in person interview. I will do that in April. So far experience has been pleasant and positive.
