I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied for the position at career fair, which was the same as applying online except they also took my resume. I was contacted to schedule a behavioral interview and interviewed with someone who was currently working in technical services. It felt like it was one of her first interviews because there was a lot of awkward pauses. Afterwards, I was contacted to take assessments which were pretty long and were proctored online which I felt were very unnecessary. A couple weeks after taking the assessments, I was notified I was not moving on to the final round. There are other mentions of this on here, but I do have the impression that your performance on the assessments is the number one factor on whether or not you will move forward.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2013
Interview
Applied online. Heard back from HR in a few weeks time saying that I needed to take a proctored test. Took the test and within a few weeks I was offered a flight out to Madison for an interview. They kept me at a nice hotel and I took a cab to Epic's campus in Verona in the morning. I took some more tests while I was there and was able to ask a few other people in the role I applied for questions about the company and the job. After that was all done, they shuttled me and other applicants to the airport and I flew back home.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing very difficult. All standard sorts of interview questions. The fact is that they're more interested in how you do on their tests (think IQ/SAT test-type questions).
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2014
Interview
First round interview - The phone interview was very straightforward and basic. The recruiter asked me to go through my resume and then there were a couple of behavioral questions. Then there was chance to ask questions about the position and the company. The recruiter was easy-going, making the interview like normal conversations. Lasted 30 minutes.
