I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
I applied online after a recruiter contacted me via email. After sending them my resume, I was contacted the next day for an phone interview. The questions were fairly basic and it lasted for 30 minutes. After the phone interview, I was asked to take a skills test. The questions on the skills test were easy to answer, but Epic wants you to be able to do the questions quickly as well as accurately. Before taking the skills test, it would be advisable to brush up on grammar and some GRE type word problems.

Question 1
During the skills test, I had to answer word riddles which to me have nothing to do with what I would do at the job.

Interview
I had initially been contacted through a campus recruiter recommending that I apply online. I did and was almost immediately contacted to set up a phone interview, followed by an online reasoning test, and then I was flown out to Madison for a whole day visit. The only real complaint that I had was that I was pushed through the process almost too quickly – before I even got a chance to tell them that I was more interested in a different position with the company then TS I was already on to the next round, and I didn't have a chance to really pursue implementation – which I think I would enjoy more.

Interview
HR contacted me for a phone interview a week after applying for the technical services position and scheduled a preliminary phone interview in the next couple of days. This was followed by a remote online assessment which consisted of basic logic and problem solving sections along with a programming skills section. Along with that i was also asked to take a rembrandt portrait personality test. Was contacted for an on-site interview the week after.
