I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Phone interview and then onsite interview are the two interviews. They make you take an onsite technical test. There is a dinner the day before the onsite interview which is optional, but I recommend going to it since they will submit feedback on during the dinner.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sep 2018
Interview
First there was a phone interview after sending in your resume. Then there was an exam process and finally if you did well on that there was an in person interview and overview of the position at the company's headquarters

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2015
Interview
1-1 Phone call. Skills assessment. Go on-site for in person interview. I applied online and received a call the next day asking to schedule the 1-1 phone interview. After that it was just another day or two before they asked me to go onsite to do the in-person interview. I don't remember much but it was pretty standard and was not very difficult.

Question 1
Don't remember much, but they do ask you some questions like: "what would you do in this situation" and one of the options may involve something patient care could be affected. Good to know that patient safety issues take precedence over pretty much everything else.
