The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2010
Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview and then invited to an on-site interview. There I had to give a presentation to a group of employees on something anecdotal without PowerPoint. Next, there were manageable case situations. Lastly, I was instructed to take a 2 hour long math, verbal, and new programming language test. This programming section was difficult.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2010
Interview
A recruiter contacted me through email after seeing my resume in monster. I applied online and took personality test online and scheduled for a phone interview one week later. The phone interview was based on the resume and more like a behavioral. Some questions was on programming which I was not really prepared.

Interview
EPIC found me, and they were quick about setting up a phone interview, setting up an on campus interview, and offering me the job. I went in not particularly interested, but after visiting the site, it was very difficult for me to turn down the job. The atmosphere is awesome, and people were very friendly. I could see myself working there. I recommend visiting if you're invited.
Also, take the campus tours if you have time. It's like las vegas.
