There was a thirty minute initial chat with someone who worked in the role I applied for. There was also a three hour long final stage interview - more than half was informational. There were multiple sessions, including a case study and a behavioral interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Sep 2024
Interview
Whole process took about 4 weeks. Epic recruiter initially reached out to me to apply for the Project Manager role, so I completed the Quantitative Assessment (quick math, logic and reasoning, pseudo coding language) and Rembrandt Profile. I guess based on my scores and Rembrandt they invited me for a final interview for the TSE role instead. Also had me answer the 4 leetcode-type questions (easy to medium questions, leetcode does actually help for these). Final interview was 4 hours and mostly just HR questions except for a sample "case study" which had you prioritize 3 daily tasks, mostly felt like a conversation and was very relaxed. Got an offer back within a week and a half after the final, starting at 85k and 10k for relocation. All around a great experience!
