I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
The entire process feels very high school. They even wanted what my high school GPA was, despite me having graduated over a decade ago.
Their personality test is very easy to fake, but felt like it's probably unfair to those who are neurodivergent and didn't prep for it by studying typical personality test questions to know how to answer to pass it. The personality test also asked some riddles which were easy since I had seen several of them before, but totally unfair to those who hadn't happened to see them before.
Very well informed of the interview process beforehand and new exactly what to expect. The first interview is a quick phone call, then followed by an aptitude test, then a coding test.
