I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2024
Interview
Very streamlined process. First round is a phone screening, you have a pretty casual convo with a current TSE at Epic. Very informative, they want to get to know you and get you familiar with the company. Then you take the skills assessment which consists of logic, math, fake coding section (technical learning) and programming. Programming can be done in pseudocode or whatever language you prefer. Lastly was the final interview which was 3.5 hours but very informative.

Question 1
What is one misconception about you that your friends or coworkers had when they first met you?
The interview lasted 5 rounds total, consisting of IQ testing, coding test, case interview, and behavioral rounds. Both the IQ and coding test were fairly tedious and challenging, and seem to be where most candidates are weeded out.
