I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
The phone interview was very casual and nice. The interviewer asked questions about my major and graduation date at first, but it was more of me asking questions about the positions. The final round with case interview was pretty doable. The interviewer was very nice, and asked the priorities of given tasks.

Question 1
Q: How would you deal with clients with different needs and deadlines? You have your main client that needs your feedback by end of the day, a client that is close with you but not your main client asking for some help, another main client with unfriendly attitude asking responsibilities for the error happened from your team.
Was contacted directly by a recruiter and went through multiple pre-interview skills assessments. One of the skills assessments had very strange questions. Interview itself was a pretty standard affair, with typical questions about growth from past experiences.

Question 1
Very strange word association questions and some basic math skills.
Casual 20 minute phone interview, then followed by a series of logic and skills assessments taken online which you schedule for. Another much longer and in depth interview once they've decided to movd forward.
